Disclaimer and License

The Unlawyer online service is provided by Unlawyer Online LLC.  Unlawyer Online LLC is separate from Unlawyer Inc. (John Gerber’s legal practice) and is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Our online service includes a set of form agreements. We do not customize those forms to your particular circumstances or needs. We do not review the agreements produced through our website for legal sufficiency or for applicability to your particular use, situation or interests. We make no warranty, and do not guarantee, that the documents produced through our website will be enforceable, accurate, current, correct, complete or fit for your particular purposes.

Within the scope of providing the Unlawyer online service, therefore, Unlawyer Inc., while it is a law firm, does not act or function as your attorney and is not practicing law or providing legal advice or legal services. Your use of our online service does not create an attorney-client relationship with you. You are representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake utilizing our Unlawyer online products, services or website.

Accordingly, our Unlawyer online products and services are not a substitute for an attorney. If you desire assurance with regard to any of the foregoing, we recommend that you consult a licensed attorney in your area. You will have formed an attorney-client relationship with Unlawyer Inc. only if you become a client by signing an Unlawyer Inc. engagement letter.

We grant to you a limited, non-transferable license to use the agreement forms provided to you by the Unlawyer Online service, only in the form provided and only for your own, internal purposes. You are not permitted, for example, to sell or otherwise make available the agreement forms to any other person or entity.
